Upon enrollment, the appropriate Enrollment Fee plus one month’s tuition(starting in July) is due and is non-refundable. The remaining tuition is payable in 9 monthly installments with the first installment due August 1st and subsequent installments on the 1st day of each month. We ask that each family utilize FACTS to set up a monthly bank draft or credit card charge for tuition payment. You may choose to have your payment debited from your bank account or charged to your credit card. The school office will assist you in creating your FACTS account.


Multi-student discounts are given for families with more than one student enrolled at TPCA. Annual tuition is discounted 10% for the second child, 20% for the third child, and 40% for any additional students following the third child. Tuition discounts apply only to children attending simultaneously and only to immediate family members. A child under legal guardianship of a family is considered immediate family, and therefore eligible for any tuition discounts.


It is assumed that your child is enrolled for the entire year, and True Partnership Christian Academy sets its budget accordingly. If you withdraw your child before the end of the school year, you are responsible for the balance of the tuition. There will be no refunds of prepaid tuition. Report cards and transcripts are released to parents or other schools after all financial obligations have been met.
